The location is fantastic, and the garden is the best side of the place, and the parking is available if you arrive early enough to catch one. Everything is pretty basic. The TV in the room was not working because they had some issue with the cable provider, but nobody told us at check‑in that there is no TV. The breakfast is at the level of a youth hostel, very, very basic.

The location was fantastic, right in the city center, and the breakfast was decent even though it wasn’t a buffet. The area was very clean and quiet, just next to the police station. However, the early‑morning noise woke me up, I would have liked a Nespresso machine or something similar in the room, and the free parking only works if you can find a spot inside.
