“Gracias Luis por tu hospitalidad!!!”

I’ll start with the accommodation: a perfect 10. Spotlessly clean, cozy, and functional, with a gorgeous view. The bed was comfy, the bathroom flawless, and the kitchen well‑equipped. Housekeeping came every day, changing sheets and towels, and body soap was provided for each guest. The TV was in the room, and breakfast was super complete, varying each of the three days. The place was easy to find and communication with the host was excellent. Special shout‑out to Luis—a person who loves his spot, always smiling and helping out. He arranged a cheaper transfer to Proveta than the town’s price and was always attentive to our needs. He even cooked a special local dinner for us, a great chef, and gave us tips on nearby sights. He made us feel at home. Thanks a ton, Luis. The lodging is a 10, but Luis is a 20. We’ll definitely return to Ilha and recommend his inn to friends.

Un super séjour avec l’hôte Luis, communication très facile. Il nous a même offert des fruits et un repas fait-lui même qui était délicieux ! Ménage chaque matin dans la chambre également. Luis’s friendliness was outstanding. He made us feel as if we were at home. The place is very nice, comfortable, and clean, and the breakfast by the sea is a must‑try—tasty and fresh!

“Estadía soñada!”

I have to highlight Luis's service; he made us feel at home all the time, was super friendly, gave us all the information we needed, and cooked a delicious fish for us! The Pousada is beautiful, the location is privileged, right in front of the sea, and we slept with the sound of the waves. The breakfast was very tasty, everything was excellent. I would definitely come back and I recommend it!

“Uma ótima experiência em Araçatiba”

I really enjoyed my stay in Araçatiba; it’s the second time I’m staying with my partner in the village. The room was very clean and well maintained. It’s important to note that the room is much larger than I expected when I saw the listing on the platform. The host, Luís, was very attentive and welcoming, always ready to help. On our last night on the island, he insisted on bringing us closer to the local culture by preparing a regional-style fish—an act that made the experience even more special. The pousada’s location is also great, right in front of the pier, which makes arrival very convenient and everything very practical. Another important point to mention, if you don’t know, is that in Araçatiba the buildings follow the slope of the mountain, so be prepared to climb some stairs. The breakfast is simple but tasty, the kind you take without hurry, especially with the stunning sea view that makes everything more special. For me, Araçatiba also had a special charm precisely because it is different from Abraão. While the Village of Abraão is busier, with more restaurants, commerce, and tourists, Araçatiba has a much calmer and quieter rhythm. It’s a place to slow down and enjoy the island in a more relaxed way. It was a very pleasant stay and I would definitely come back.
