The Standard Double Room with Sofa Bed and Free Hot Breakfast provides a double bed and a pull‑out sofa bed, sleeps three guests and can include a crib on request. A private bathroom offers a bathtub or shower, free toiletries, a hairdryer and an electric kettle. Climate and comfort are supplied by carpeted flooring, heating, an iron with ironing facilities and a wardrobe or closet. Entertainment and connectivity include a flat‑screen TV, a work desk and a tea/coffee maker, with free Wi‑Fi throughout.

The location is good from Edinburgh Airport. The pull‑out bed was very uncomfortable even for a child, there was only one large towel for three guests, and the food was very overpriced.
It offers great value, is clean and comfortable, and the staff are friendly. It’s a solid choice for a night’s stay on the way from Edinburgh to Inverness, and I enjoyed a charming pub dinner at nearby Limekilns.

Whenever we visit family in Fife, we stay here because it’s central, easy to reach, and has good parking. The staff are super nice and do everything they can. We got the room we asked for and were able to check in early, which was great. A big thank you to Josh at reception for his help and warm welcome.
