Getting in was easy and the staff were welcoming. The room was over 100 °F when I arrived; the A‑C was off, and when I switched it on it didn’t cool. I had to leave the room for a few hours until it cooled a bit, but not enough. I ended up buying a tower fan to help.

Convenient location, but there’s a motel smell that sticks around in the hallways and rooms. They even used air fresheners in the hallway vents.

Very affordable for a great spot between Palm Springs and Cathedral City.

“Abusive, Dirty and Beneath me!”

Housekeeping was None. Want your linens cleaned put them out your door and wait. Want water bugs coming out of the toilet this is the place. Dirty rooms. Front Desk is abusive and forced payments not owed and scare tactic like forcible entry on a paid guest of 21 days. I believe I left nine days early do safety and no refund. No refund for pet fee not used. No refund for security deposit that was charged with credit card they did not have my number therefore must have done the transaction 4 days after checkin. Hallways hot and dirty. Pool swarms of Bees

Everything was perfect, no complaints at all.
