We were looking for a truly “rooted” experience and found it here—a simple, genuinely “feet on the sand” spot, rustic, with local cuisine, fresh fish, and the immense, rewarding care and attention from the owners Maurinha and Vanderleia, plus the guys Rene and Éric. It’s ideal for anyone seeking simplicity in a seaside paradise. The only downside is that there’s no hot water, but that didn’t bother us at all.
