“Old hotel, but huge rooms, nice staff”

The rooms are huge and spacious, with equally large bathrooms. They’re clean-ish, quiet, and the location is great for heading to the airport. Glitter covered the carpet everywhere, making it hard to get up. Finding the hotel was tough because the main entrance road was under repair; the video they sent was impossible to follow. A staff member met us instead and rode with us—thanks! I tried to take a bath, but the plug didn’t fit, so the water eventually drained away. The hotel is old and needs some renovations, but it’s acceptable.

The staff and breakfasts were good, but the location was awful—everything around was excavated, even a tank is nearby, so nothing is close by. Otherwise the 4‑star standard was fine, breakfasts were very good and staff very friendly, rooms were clean. When the digging stops and everything is finished, it might improve, but for now the ruins are terrible.

“Old, cumbersome, mismatch for the current times”

The beds were comfortable and the rooms very spacious, I would say unnecessarily large. Good clean bathroom. A lot. This is an old property that has obviously seen better days. The size of the rooms do not make sense but I'm not sure how this could be fixed. What is more puzzling is that with the gigantic size of these rooms somehow they didn't have a family room for the 4 of us, so we still had to rent 2 rooms. The breakfast was not good, with most of the menu stale, dry or not tasty. We barely saw other tourists, not even at the breakfast bar, despite the size of this property. There are really no outstanding amenities. No swimming pool. The road is in bad shape, even though the hotel is in an upscale neighborhood

The hotel was good and clean, with friendly and attentive staff, but the overall cleanliness and comfort left something to be desired.
