The hotel is beautiful and situated in an excellent location, and every staff member from reception to the rest of the team was friendly and welcoming. The bathroom came fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. Coffee, however, is a key part of many guests’ mornings, and the hotel only offers 3‑in‑1 Nescafé sachets that already contain sugar and creamer, which doesn’t suit everyone. It would be far better to provide plain coffee, sugar, and creamer separately so guests can make it to their own liking.

The location, staff, food, car park, and room size were all great. The hotel looks old, even though it has been renovated, and some details still don’t match the standards expected of a Ramada.
