The location was fine, but you need to understand Italian to communicate.
“Excelente atención y hermoso departamento”
Cristiano, the manager, was attentive to everything we needed. I liked the size, the bathroom, the shower, and the location. The kitchen was slow to heat up.
The owner was available and the location was good. The room we received didn’t match the one we saw and booked on booking; it advertised a private bathroom but didn’t say it was outside the room.
The place looked nothing like the pictures.
“Would not recommend that anyone stay at this place.!”
The spot was perfect for visiting the Vatican. Checking in was a nightmare: I sent several messages with no reply, then got a rude phone call. The front‑desk lady didn’t speak English and behaved unprofessionally, insisting on cash payment even though I’d already paid. She offered no explanation. We expected an apartment but got two separate rooms, and there was no fridge, stove, or kitchen area, as listed on the booking site. The room had dirt on the walls and a large open gap above the bathroom, probably for pipe access.
