The room was really nice, but the walls were so thin that I could hear everything (the TV was very loud) and I couldn’t sleep well. It was very nice that I was allowed to stay in the room and even received breakfast until my afternoon flight. Absolutely top.

The flexibility of accessing the property at unsociable hours was brilliant, and (I mean this in the best way!) the lack of intrusion, despite the Room being (I believe) in the same property as the Owners. There was nothing about our stay that we disliked

Meryl was a lovely and responsive hostess. She ensured we had everything we needed and even accommodated our unusual early check‑in request. We can’t thank her enough for the kindness we received! The place was spotless, which we anticipated from the “clean smell” that greeted us upon entry. If you know, you know! Very comfy, soft bed, and generous cloud‑like pillows. Parking was very convenient, right outside the property. We stayed only one night, but will happily recommend this little gem to anyone. The house is on a main road, so traffic can be a bit noisy, especially if the windows are open. The noise dies down at night, but if you’re in bed by 9 pm or want to sleep in, bring some earbuds.
