The front desk was quick, yet the room’s air conditioner didn’t cool and the curtain was in bad shape.

I was disappointed to book a jacuzzi suite and find a plain room with a jacuzzi that shuts off half an hour after I start using it, and I couldn’t use it again during my stay, so I left for a hotel that actually delivered the comfort I wanted. I also disliked the lack of respect shown to me; if a fee is charged for extra services in the room, the hotel should let the guest enjoy what they’re paying for, as happened to me with the jacuzzi on my first wedding night.

The hotel feels very modern and the room was well organized.

The place is beautiful, comfortable, and excellent; we loved it. The waitress who served us on the night of 13 March 2026 was very attentive and did a great job.
