Christian and Armelle were kind, available, and provided great service. All nearby restaurants were closed, so they lent us their microwave and we ate together. Nothing to add.

I enjoyed the very warm welcome from my hosts, who did everything to let me rest. The bed was comfortable and I slept wonderfully. I walked to the hostel, and the host met me at the door. The next morning he drove me to the start of the GR4, saving me 3 kilometres of tarmac.

The stay was very disappointing. It was extremely expensive for what was offered: an old room on the top floor with two old mattresses pressed together in a very uncomfortable way; a small, inconvenient bathroom on the ground floor that required passing through the living room to reach; a cheap breakfast for €9 per person with bread, butter, jam, eco+ yoghurt, boxed fruit salad, nothing homemade or local.

“Solo per la posizione”

The location was good and the village very pretty. The owner was rude and not at all welcoming. The bedroom and common areas (toilet and shower) were very dirty. Absolutely avoid.

The host was very friendly and handed me a cold drink right away. I could choose my own Zimmet. The converted barn/stall had the feel of a holiday apartment for four people, with rooms under the roof and large roof windows that let in plenty of air. The French breakfast was good, the supermarket was about 4 km away, and the price‑to‑quality ratio was solid.
