“Bad”
The service was terrible and the room was filthy. We arrived at 1 pm, told the staff we’d leave at 12 noon, and they said it was fine. From 11 am to 12 noon they kept knocking on our door nonstop; then a staff member called saying we had to leave immediately. I reminded them we’d leave at 12 noon and they insisted it was fine, but they continued to disturb us. A morning staff member was very rude and told me to leave soon. I paid $200 for the room, but the service was awful. When the morning staff first gave me the room it was dirty and smelly, with no fresh sheets. After moving me to another room, the service was still bad, and overall my experience was terrible.
