“Pleasant Stay”

Every time I visit my son at SFA, this hotel is my first choice because it’s always spotless, the staff are welcoming, the rooms are spacious with comfy beds, housekeeping is helpful with extra items, and breakfast has a wide selection; I’m already looking forward to my next stay in a few weeks.

“A nightmare”

I saw a child almost being kidnapped in the parking lot and tried to intervene, but I was barred from the premises; the would‑be kidnapper was allowed to stay, the family left feeling unsafe, and I had two rooms booked for three nights with no refund, while the clerk wouldn’t even call the police—I had to do it myself.

“The best thing about this day was, it was a low cost hotel, but it definitely had its drawbacks.”

There wasn’t much I liked; the main issue was the room’s mildew odor that clung to our belongings, my daughter’s foot was scraped by broken concrete at the pool’s edge, the coffee at breakfast was cold, the food was mediocre with runny eggs and no bacon, and the mattress and sheets had stains and a dingy feel.
