The hotel is close to Hongqiao Airport and the location is convenient; everything inside is clean, towels are good quality, the air‑conditioning works well and the shower room is fairly spacious, making it comfortable to use. It would be nicer to have more coffee and tea available in the rooms, and although I didn’t order breakfast, the 298 yuan price is far too high for something that should be more affordable.

The food here is a highlight - I loved the hala food and sunny shine up fire eggs, even though the selection was pretty limited. Unfortunately, the room was a letdown, with no smoking area or air conditioning to speak of. It was way too hot and I didn't sleep great.

This place has a lot going for it - the room was comfy and well-designed, and the location is amazing, right next to Takashimaya and the MRT. The breakfast was also top quality. That being said, I did miss having a concierge service, and the shower room could've used a bit more lighting. Still, overall it was a nice stay.
