Хороший готель, можна зупинитись з тваринами. Доплата всьго 5 євро за 1 тваринку. Заселились пізно, було де поставити авто. В номері є всі зручності

The property left a lot to be desired. We had booked two nights, but when we arrived at night, the keys were handed over in a dirty, cigarette‑smelling reception. After going to the room, we were shocked: we decided to stay only one night and requested a refund for the second. We reported this that same evening, and the staff assured us it would be sorted the next day. The next day, another staff member said a 24‑hour policy applied and we wouldn’t get a refund for the mess. The place was dirty, curtains were black and never washed, the fridge was clogged and smelled, there were spider webs everywhere, the floor was filthy, and the bathroom was all black and had a fungal smell. The bedding was meant to be self‑made and was dirty. We ended up staying only one night because it was late. In short, there were no positives, and the rating is low. PS: For the same money, we found a clean, fragrant hotel right in the city centre.

“Потресаващ”

The hygiene was absolutely unacceptable – there were hairs in the toilet bowl, the bathroom hadn't been cleaned because the hotel was still under construction, and overall it was a nightmare; we will never return.

I left the hotel early in the morning and didn’t have breakfast, but everything else was fine.
