The room was dark—dark walls and dark curtains! No air conditioning, so it was very warm. The shower was tiny, the water ran out at the bottom, the small bathroom was cramped, and it didn’t feel comfortable at all. I won’t book this hotel again.

There was a wide selection at breakfast, great deals at the restaurant, and the staff were very friendly. Traffic and construction noise were a downside, and the sink was inconvenient.

The room was spacious and clean, the bed had a good mattress – very comfortable and great. Breakfast was fine. The carpet was a bit worn.

The location was within walking distance of the city centre, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast was delicious and extensive with a focus on healthy food.

The bed was very comfortable and the whole hotel was very clean. It would have been better to have a bit more communication. For example, it would have helped to know in advance that the bar would be unusable on Saturday night because of a wedding, or that the restaurant would be closed during our stay.
