“Mi aspettavo di più”

The vibe was definitely charming, thanks to the old palace setting, and the staff were very friendly. Unfortunately, we had to wait an hour and a half for dinner, and there was only one person handling both the reception and the dining area. The menu could use a wider range of single dishes and more dessert options, and the breakfast could be more substantial, especially with a variety of pastries for international guests. The housekeeping team knocked on our door at 9 a.m.

The hotel is lovely, situated in a quiet lakeside spot that you can stroll around without encountering many people, making it a great place to unwind. We were genuinely impressed by the kitchen’s quality; the chefs cook with passion, and we were pleasantly surprised by how delicious everything tasted, even compared to other restaurants we frequent. A big thank you and praise to the kitchen team. The only downside was that my wife and I preferred a King‑size bed over a double bed with two separate mattresses, which we couldn’t see or choose during the booking.

The hotel is very nice, right next to the lake that you can easily walk around in a short time. We were warmly welcomed, and all staff were friendly. Breakfast was tasty and offered a good selection, though it would have been better if a decaf coffee were available. All in all, it was a pleasant stay.

Everything was very good. The breakfast was a bit sparse and often not refilled until late; the coffee and juices were also empty.
