This was the best place I've ever stayed in Japan; the service and overall experience blew me away, and the breakfast was delicious—definitely worth another visit. The hot spring was great, but the breakfast was early.

The meals were pretty tasty, probably the restaurant will appeal to you. The room facilities were outdated, the hot spring felt like a public bath, the bed mattress was bad and uncomfortable, the bathroom had a strong unpleasant odor, and overall the room looked like a motel.
