Room needs updating and maintenance. Toilet Roll holder fell of wall, holes in curtains 2nd bedroom. No oven glove, food scraps on seats on verandah. Generally run down did not meet standard for price paid

“Had a horrible stay. Would not recommend at all”

Horrible! I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. The ground‑floor apartment smelled musky and the furniture was disgusting. The main bed frame was coated in layers of dust underneath and on the back, which smelled. The curtain had mould on the back. There were multiple damp patches around, showing it’s a problem. We checked the other single beds and they had dirty sheets with hair and ants crawling on them. The hairdryer smelled burnt and dusty. Everything in this apartment is unsafe and needs renovation. It feels like a robbery because you expect “Ramada” basic standards but it’s false advertising. This complex has long‑term occupants, so we witnessed domestic events, a person getting kicked out of his flat, and a lady screaming and yelling at 7:30 am while we were waiting. I complained to reception, who said it was “cleaned this morning”. We were moved to another room, but it was frustrating how we ended up in the first place, maybe because we booked. There is no consistency with these apartments, so you never know if you’ll get a disgusting room or not. I would not take that risk! It’s the biggest waste of money and there was zero follow‑up from reception after the complaints. Not pleasant at all, ruined the weekend away! Everything. I wouldn’t come here ever again. Waste of money and really ruins your trip away!

“Good value for money”

The value for money was good, the facilities were solid, and it’s close to the marina. It gets noisy at night.

We came with a large family and the staff happily accommodated us in apartments across the hall. The apartments were beautiful, clean, and had full kitchens and appliances. The kids loved the pool.

“Well located hotel, with basic rooms”

The apartment was clean and well‑located, not far from the port, and the rooms were spacious. We barely had enough shampoo and body wash for the three of us. The second bedroom was much smaller than the master bedroom. Checking out was a bit difficult – there was no place to store our luggage, so we had to go to a nearby hotel to return the card.
