Easy to get to, and the bed is comfortable. Everything was broken: no ice machine in the entire facility, the elevator was broken on arrival, the cleaning crew left large trash bags in the hallway every day, and the stairwell stank of trash.

Breakfast was fine, and the room was good. The Wi‑Fi signal was poor.

The breakfast was adequate, but a couple more hot food options would have been appreciated. The area was convenient for us traveling through the Omaha area. The room itself had more than we needed, with a “full” kitchen. I didn’t appreciate people smoking marijuana so close to the entrance; I think that should be treated the same as your smoking policy. I also didn’t appreciate the very high fee for having a dog—$50 is fine, but $100 is too much. If you don’t want travelers with pets to stay at your facility, just say so. For this reason alone, we would not choose to stay again.

Always a good, clean choice when staying in Omaha. It is a little pricey, but so much better than several local options we will be back
