The indoor pool was the highlight for us, and the staff were very friendly and helpful; I’ll definitely return.

Everything was spotless—towels and bedding were fresh and flawless, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The place looks like it’s in the middle of a renovation, so it feels a bit rundown; for the price we paid it was disappointing. The bathroom looked tired, and some of the lights were out.

“The place is not worth the price”

Nothing good to say. The building is in ruins and poorly maintained. Nothing works; kitchen cupboards are falling apart, pots weren’t washed, and the toilet had low water pressure.

“Unfortunately I cannot recommend this facility.”

The room was decent and the bed was comfortable. Water leaked when I turned on the tap to rinse dishes, and the cabinet under the sink smelled bad. The Jacuzzi had two broken tiles that left a hole, so we avoided it entirely. The “FAST INTERNET” was slower than a turtle—best download speed 3.56 Meg, upload 1.2 Meg, and it stopped working after sunset. I’m still waiting for the invoice, and I didn’t get all my towels back (2 × days) when the room was cleaned; on the second day I had to ask the reception for more towels.

While the location and facilities of this hotel were excellent, my stay was marred by the noise from other guests, which the hotel failed to address. The lack of intervention from the staff made it difficult for me to enjoy my stay.
