“Not reccomended, overpriced”

Nice restaurant. I'd like for an early check in - The Hotel even didn't respond. Total chaos during check-in, I've got a key to the room at 15.20, when I enter the room, cleaning service was still there. Hotel is located at old building and need renovation. AC filters was so dirty, that I had to remove it to reach proper temperature. I also lost a ring at my hotel room - no any information from hotel about it

The location was fairly convenient, but the building feels old, probably a repurposed Soviet‑era palace. The ceiling is low and depressing, blackout curtains are continuous, and the power went out once while I was showering and three times while I was at the gym. The ventilation is very noisy, making it hard to sleep, and there was a lot of grime. Down in the hall near the bar I saw a cockroach, and the reception bar was never staffed, not even to ask questions. The staff were friendly but that’s about it. There’s a staircase at the entrance that you have to climb with your luggage. When they call the taxi, they always confuse it with another nearby property.

The location and balcony were great, but the pool was dirty and the water cloudy. In the sauna, no sign told us to use a towel, and guests sweated on already discolored wooden benches. At 13:45 we were told check‑in only starts at 15:00, unless we pay half the total cost for an early arrival. When we tried to check‑in at 15:00, we had to wait an hour, and then we were given the wrong room that had been advertised as an upgrade, yet we thought it was worse. The same woman asked me three times in half an hour if she could help me, while I was just waiting for my key that she was supposed to hand over. The carpet had long black hairs. At checkout the same three people behind the desk didn’t know what was going on, even though the Booking app clearly says payment is handled by the hotel via my credit card, yet they insisted I pay on site.

“整体不错”

The service was excellent, breakfast was abundant, and the location is superb, but the door is finicky and often needs a hard push to open.

We spent four nights there; the staff were extremely courteous and eager to please, breakfast was lavish with a huge variety of tasty dishes, and we left very satisfied with our choice.
