We received a free upgrade and had a beautiful view, thanks! Everything was clean and our laundry was washed free of charge. However, you have to walk a bit to reach the Didi/taxi because the area is fenced off, though it's not a big deal since it's very short.

The room was spacious, and the bedding and bathroom linens were tidy. Having water available in the room was a nice touch. I found it difficult to pay because they only accept cash and no credit cards, except Alipay and WeChat. They upgraded me to a room with a river view. The bathroom had a shower that was taped with tape. The free laundry service returned clothes wet in the room, so make sure you have time to dry them.
