The big C’s—clean, comfortable, courteous—were all great. There are good dining spots within a short walk, and parking was hassle‑free. The breakfast seating and serving areas felt a bit odd, but the food choices were better than most hotels offer now, giving a nice start to the day. The renovations in a couple of common areas show the hotel is keeping things up to date, but it would be better if they were finished visually.

I was very pleased with the friendly staff and excellent accommodations, even though remodeling was happening at the same time. I would definitely stay again. The only drawback is that parking becomes a little difficult later in the evening.

The breakfast was excellent! All I wanted was there and as caraffes and jugs ran low, staff were quick to refill them. Breakfast hours were good too. You have time for the early birds who want to get an eary start to their day, and for those of us who like to sleep in. I never felt rushed in order toget to breakfast. I was disappointed that there is no dining room for dinner and that contrary to the information on your website, the Agawa Canyon train station was much more than a 100 m. walk (It was actually a 17 minute walk)

Staff. No cutleries provided. There was hardly any breakfast for people who do not eat meat. There were only 3 bread slices left for 4 people. Breakfast plates are being served in paper plates bought from dollar store and the Oates/cornflakes with milk are served in thermo bowl even cheap motels charging $80 per night provide good cutleries. I pad $330 per night. Absolutely bad
