Great location! The staff were friendly. Construction outside our room was quite noisy. The restaurant, which was not all‑inclusive, was pricey; a burger, hotdog, and two sodas cost $50.

The all‑inclusive experience was truly excellent: no extra charges were added during our stay, and we appreciated the quality and variety of food and cocktails in all the resort’s restaurants. The only area that could improve is the lunch service by the pool, which at times was a bit slow. Nothing particularly problematic, overall the experience was very positive. During peak times it can be a bit hard to place orders because some guests keep requesting additional items one after another. Despite this, the staff consistently go above and beyond to meet everyone’s needs with great availability and courtesy.

The tranquility. The beach is the best on the island. Much quieter compared to other hotels. The staff of 10 were super attentive. Few gluten‑free options at breakfast and the waiters were not well informed about this; they should be better informed. The beach loungers were in very poor condition—many were dirty and broken, lacking maintenance. As the only section, it should be much better cared for. It’s a category‑level hotel that should pay attention to these details.

We liked the breakfast and the gym, both were very diverse and complete! We also got a room upgrade because an elevator was not working, which we welcomed and appreciated. The hotel is very conveniently located within walking distance of Miguel Hidalgo street, which has multiple restaurants, dining, and entertainment options. The hotel had a public street between the pool and beach area, reducing some privacy, and the swimming area in front of the beach is very small because boats pass by.
