“Horrible”
Nothing good at all—everything is terrible, far from what the pictures show.
“Super !”
The hotel was awesome, the staff were super welcoming, rooms were spotless, and we could leave our bags after checkout for the day! The extra charge for the cat was a cutie. However, the toilets and showers weren’t clean, though that’s blamed on the guests.
“Cool”
The location was perfect, close to many bus and subway stops. The door knob broke, but they swapped us into a different room, which was amazing.

The spot was excellent, right next to the metro and Madison Square Park, with a bar underneath the hotel and a nice spot across for breakfast and lunch, plus a big market opposite. It seems to need a bit of upkeep.
The setting was fine, rooms were clean and tidy. The bathroom was shared and the shower had no hot water, and the facilities looked a bit worn out.
