The location and Xabier’s service were great, yet the room could have been cleaner.
Access to the rooms was easy and you didn’t need to carry keys everywhere; the quiet, very pretty neighbourhood in Madrid is close to a park and has good public transport, and the apartment is on level 0, so it’s suitable for people with disabilities. However, there was no space in the room to hide things, one of the bathrooms was small and dirty, the walls were thin and the kitchen didn’t feel inviting, there was no air‑conditioning, and several amenities listed in the description were missing, such as an espresso machine and a wardrobe.
“100% recomendable”
The accommodation was a 10/10, but I had to leave.
“Practical places for a couple of nights”
Check‑in was pretty easy, there are buses straight to the city centre and many restaurants nearby, but the pillows were too high.
