The room was modern, spacious, and the hotel sits on a pleasant, quiet side street right next to the train station. In the bathroom there was a wall bracket for a hair dryer, but the dryer itself was missing, and the placement of the light switches in the room was inconvenient.

After the issue with the glass door to the bathroom, the staff immediately informed me and changed my room to a larger one. Their approach to customer service was very professional. Thank you.
