The location is great, quiet and far from the city centre’s chaos. The Wi‑Fi is reliable, the staff are always courteous and helpful, and the secondary entrance from the garage is convenient. The room had air conditioning and the bathroom featured an excellent shower. On some occasions the cleaning wasn’t very thorough and the bathroom supplies were incomplete; also, the pillowcases were never changed during my stay. Aside from that, everything was perfect.

The room I actually booked was fine in terms of size. Unfortunately, everything was dirty – dust and hair piled up on the floor and never got swept, the curtains were heavily stained, and the balcony was covered in pigeon droppings.

The staff were lovely and very helpful. The weather was terrible, but that’s not their fault, and I never got to use the pool.

The spot is spot-on, shielded from traffic yet surrounded by bars, restaurants, a downtown massage parlor, pharmacy, supermarket, and other services, and the beach is just a few minutes on foot. The room was spacious and bright, with a large bathroom featuring a rain shower and a fun Japanese toilet. The pool was spotless and well maintained, and the common area on the top‑floor terrace was great. The only minor issues were the cleaning times around 14:30‑15:30, which made it hard to nap after lunch, and the hall and elevator on the ground floor letting you skip the lobby with the key card—I'd have liked to greet the staff daily. These small details don’t dent my high rating; I’ll definitely come back!
