I must commend the hotel staff, particularly the welcoming committee and the gentleman who took care of us, for their exceptional kindness and care. Despite being a last-minute booking due to flight disruptions, they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. However, I did notice that the bedroom and bathroom could benefit from improved lighting.

The hotel truly excelled in providing an excellent breakfast and an ideal location. Unfortunately, I couldn't think of anything that could have been done better by the staff, who seemed to be doing everything just right.

Unfortunately, our stay was marred by a cold room and an ineffective air conditioning system, making it difficult for us to relax and enjoy our time at the hotel.
