Everything was amazing—I wish we’d stayed longer! We’ll definitely come back to this area and plan to stay again. We would have liked to have had dinner downstairs. Parking was a pain; the description mentioned it, but it’s still a heads‑up for others. We drove a large van, so it was tough to find a spot at dinner time when the lot was full. Maybe reserve a spot for visitors so they can park closer with their luggage.

The room was spacious and the walk‑in shower in the bathroom was a lifesaver for my wife’s limited mobility. Breakfast and the evening meal were good, but the staircase was steep and my wife had a hard time, so a lift would have helped. The bed felt a bit hard on one side.

The room was comfortable and clean, but the wait for food was awful. We waited 40 minutes for dinner on both nights, and I waited 20 minutes for a hot chocolate after asking a staff member twice. Our room was near the boiler, so it was very noisy when it ran.
