“Hospedagem ruim”

No problem, the facilities were poorly maintained. The reception didn’t welcome guests; the caretaker lived far away, the contact phone was never answered, we shouted at the gate to see if anyone would respond, and only when a local tenant appeared did we learn we couldn’t get access. After calling the caretaker, who took about 30 minutes to show up, we finally managed to check in. The structure was poorly maintained, the cleaning was bad, and I don’t recommend it.

“Podem melhorar tudo por lá”

They were friendly and moved us to an air‑conditioned room, and they even let us bring our pet. But they didn't have us waiting, messed up the date, and the room had no AC, no towels, no shower water, no breakfast, no bottled water, no mini‑fridge, and the sheets smelled like they were stored. It was a mixed bag.

“Pessima”

The location is close to the beach, but there was no air conditioning – the only fan was weak and almost stopped. The staff were rarely there, no breakfast, we had to cook our own coffee, and there was no housekeeping. The place felt abandoned at night, and the shower gave shocks and the water was either boiling or freezing. I wouldn't stay again.

The staff were very welcoming, but the sheets were dirty and there were a lot of mosquitoes in the room, and the bathroom wasn't clean.

The place looks better in photos, but in reality it's a real letdown. Staff in shorts, no reception desk, and the room was stuffy, dim, with a terrible bathroom. No TV, fridge, or Wi‑Fi, and the location is far from the beach. I booked two rooms, only one was ready, and overall it doesn't justify the price.
