The staff was excellent, the location very convenient, plenty of shopping, food, and access to public transit. Bus and subway stops were within 10 minutes. The team helped coordinate the drop‑off of my luggage that the airline had left at my previous stop. I am extremely appreciative of them. They were kind and communicative throughout my stay.

The toiletries were lacking – no soap, just a single bottle of shampoo left at the bottom that was never replenished. Only one bottle of water was provided on the first day. Towels were not replaced. Cleaning was not good. Breakfast was not an open buffet; the café offered only one croissant and a sandwich.

The rooms were nice and the location was good. There was no cleaning or refill of tea and coffee. Only the bed was fixed. The only breakfast we received was one croissant, a small cup of cappuccino, and a small glass of juice at a nearby café.

The place is spot‑on for exploring Rome.
