Cleanliness, location, and the whole property were excellent.
“Qualità prezzo eccellente”
The location was great, daily cleaning was reliable, and breakfast could be grabbed at a nearby bar; the rooms were spacious, well furnished, and had everything needed. The only downside was the difficulty of finding parking in the area, which wasn't the hotel's fault, and the bathroom could use a light refresh.

The room was spacious, with a fridge and freezer, an air‑conditioner, good furnishings, a great location, and the breakfast bar on the sea offered pastries and excellent service. We never saw anyone at reception and couldn’t even ask for the blue stripe pass. Parking cost us over €30. We asked via WhatsApp about the pass, and they told us to ask at reception, but didn’t say if it was available or where it was kept. The communication and welcome were basically nonexistent; we didn’t even know what was included in breakfast, since it’s served at a nearby bar. Also, the booking didn’t specify that the hotel is in a ZTL zone, which requires owners to submit their license plates to the municipality for access. We did that on the day of departure, but we never received a receipt confirming the registration.
