Breakfast was good and location is great. One of the elevators is out of service so it took a while getting on and was often really crowded

“Unfortunately not a good experience for me.”

Location was nice. I can’t say much else was good. I was very disappointed with the price compared to my experience, and my rewards weren’t credited. There was only one working elevator in a large 5‑story building, and the staff told me this was the case for most of the next two weeks. Because the floors aren’t carpeted, you hear everything from rooms above at all hours—sounds like they were going to come through the ceiling. There was jumping, running, rolling chairs across the floor and everything dropping on the floor. The ice machine on my floor was broken. The phone in the room didn’t work. The bathroom was dirty, with makeup smudges on the counter and door. The mattress was very lumpy. There was no advance warning that parking would cost an extra charge per night. I had to get an ice bucket from the front desk. Why not put them in the rooms? They’re just cheap plastic buckets.

Clean well bright airy room. Great balcony view. Nice walk in shower. Very good breakfast selection. One elevator was not working

It was in a good location. The elevator wasn’t working, and they said they would compensate us.
