The place is excellent and very close to the beach. The only downside is that the rooms need more maintenance; some items are old, so a good renovation would be great.

The location and parking are good. The room didn’t have air conditioning as advertised, and the rooms were uncomfortable.

The pools are larger than others; the photos don’t show their true size. The water is clean and always at a good temperature. Everything else I liked.
