“Un endroit serein et bien équipé au milieu de l'Extramadure”
A charming rural cottage in the middle of the village with 2 rooms on the upper floor, very well equipped with air conditioning and special attention to breakfast. On arrival you need to call the owner on site, who arrives very quickly. The car can park on the street opposite. There are 2 restaurants in the village, a small market a few steps away, and an excellent chocolate shop specializing in figs (the village is known for its fig production), as well as a cooperative for 100% premium extra virgin olive oil. The place is ideally located midway between Mérida and Trujillo, two cities that are a must-see, and also between Caceres, a lively city where we found no free parking within 2 km of the historic centre (mid‑June), no public toilets on the route, and no tourist information panels to help navigate.
