“It was comfortable but disappointed at paying more for early check in and a poorer standard of room”

I stayed for a few days; it was a decent stay but I felt it was a little overpriced for the size of the room. I never got the room we booked and paid extra for early check‑in, and instead received a lower‑quality room with separate beds for more money.

Before check‑in I left my phone in a taxi. When I noticed at check‑in, I told the staff, they contacted the taxi company, and eventually my phone was returned. I’m very grateful to all the staff.

Breakfast was excellent and complete. The room was tidied every day. The team’s service was excellent, super attentive and polite, and the electronic box worked very well. The fire sensor above the bed kept flashing all night, making it hard to rest. The liquid soap in the room had not been replaced after one week, and there was no plastic container for showering.

“Bit overpriced but generally good. 7/10”

The room was good and the location worked for me, but the cleaning schedule felt arbitrarily set, and the food I ordered was noticeably salty.
