The man at reception was very helpful and understood that I spoke limited Spanish; the location was excellent for us to start the Camino walk the next morning.

The location was good for starting the Camino del Norte and the room itself was fine, but the building looked sketchy and not very inviting; the guy at reception got upset with me for not understanding the poorly translated sign at the entrance and was rather rude, which was a poor way to treat guests.
