“まぁまぁ良かったかなぁ〜”

Breakfast featured a generous amount of vegetables, which I liked. I noticed other tables had melon, but ours didn’t—why was that? In the morning the view of Yūbari‑dake and the surrounding mountains from the window was stunning. The room felt cramped, and even with a chair and table it was hard to use comfortably.

“ミッキー、ミニーを探す旅”

The complex has a mix of building styles, and if you look closely at the walls you’ll spot sections shaped like Mickey and Minnie, which put you in a playful mood; each block has its own colour scheme, adding depth. Adding dinner meant getting the usual jingisukan, which might be tough on some health conditions, and the interior had an odd smell.

The room was seriously spacious and quiet, which was a big plus. The meals and breakfasts were top-notch, with a great variety of dishes - it's definitely worth trying if you want to experience authentic Japanese home cooking. However, the area is a bit isolated, so you'll need a car to get around.

“また来たい”

The hotel's location was a major plus, just a short walk from the city center. The room itself was spotless and well-maintained, which was a big relief. However, I did manage to mess up my booking twice, which resulted in a bit of a headache when I tried to get a refund. Unfortunately, the hotel wasn't able to process the refund, which left a sour taste in my mouth.
