The room was huge, with a separate bedroom, living area and kitchen; the pool was nice right after the sauna, and the sauna itself was fun. Breakfast was excellent, the parking garage was spacious and the staff were super friendly. A few utensils in the kitchen would have been nice, otherwise nothing to complain about.

It was very spacious, especially the huge bathroom and kitchen that I didn’t expect. It was advertised as central, but we had to take an Uber to get there and back.

The staff were very friendly, the room was spotless, the breakfast superb, the location good, and we had a very quiet, restful night. The rooms are being renovated one after another, so we ended up with an older one that was still acceptable. Finding the hotel was very complicated because Aachen had construction around the hotel and changed traffic routes, so the GPS got lost – but that’s not the hotel’s fault.

Breakfast was great, but the price increase seemed too high. The staff were exceptionally helpful. Extra charges for parking and breakfast were a downside, and the minibar was missing from the room.
