The Newari architecture is exquisite and distinctive of this area—you feel like you’re waking up in another century, preserved beautifully. You can’t beat this location. The rooms are so unique and spacious, and we slept great. The staff are brilliant—attentive when you need anything while respecting your space and privacy. Nothing to add.

The spot is unbeatable—hidden in a narrow alley beside Durbar Square, it’s surprisingly quiet at night because everyone in Patan goes to bed early. The room matched the photos exactly, and breakfast was great with a nice presentation. If you want to stay in a traditional building, this place is a solid pick.

The location is perfect, right next to the old royal square, and the staff are thoughtful. The building and street feel like stepping back a few centuries in a time machine. The downside is that the alley is noisy late at night and the morning bell tolls before work starts, so it might only suit certain guests.

The heritage building is beautiful and sits right next to Patan Durbar Square. The room had no air conditioning, and I struggled to plug my fan into the wall outlets, but aside from that minor glitch it was wonderful.
