The building is pretty clean and tidy, with plenty of spots to eat and drink. The food is varied and tasty, and the wait staff is very friendly and helpful. There are many activities for both kids and adults, and the animators keep suggesting new things for everyone. The private pool area is great, with a lot of different slides. The Wi‑Fi connection is rather weak, especially on the farther parts of the hotel.

The kids’ activities are great, the food is very good and varied, the beach is very pleasant, and the shows are diverse. The hotel’s proximity to other venues on both sides means you can hear their parties and events, and there isn’t a quieter pool area farther away to reduce the noise.

We arrived with a large family, and even the youngest and oldest members felt very comfortable. The staff were very kind and helpful. The rooms were cleaned every day, and there was an extra surprise each day. The food was also very good and tasty. The shared spaces couldn’t always be kept completely clean because of the high number of guests. Although they asked about food allergies at first, they didn’t know much about it. We have a gluten‑sensitive family member, but they still never went hungry, always finding a variety of dishes, just had to mix them and ask for help.

The hotel’s area isn’t very large, but that turned out to be a plus for us – everything is compact, close, and clear. The food is good, not fancy, but there’s always something for every taste. There is a separate dietary table. The kids loved the grilled lamb cutlets. The beach is nearby, with sand, but the sea entrance has small pebbles, so we wore swim sandals. The family room layout is a bit awkward – the door from the room and the door from the bathroom are on top of each other, so to enter the bathroom you have to close one and open the other. We were surprised that in a family hotel with many little children, every evening there are discos until 23:30. The windows faced the other side, but the music was still very loud. We went to bed later, so it wasn’t a problem, but if your schedule is different, keep that in mind.
