Poca cosa. En general casi nada, mala atención, fui informado de q tendría código de acceso a las 13 h y q podría entrar a partir de las 14.30. Tras varias llamadas desde mi teléfono, por fin a las 15.30 me contestan por fin con el código de acceso. La limpieza brillaba por su ausencia, adjunto fotos. La ducha enana y con cortina a 20 cm del suelo, salía el agua hasta cerca de l cama. Tenía cocina en pésimo estado y sin nevera. Experiencia muy negativa

The location was good. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and the guests’ attitude. They were rude, charged me double for climate payment, and the communication was unpleasant. One of the rooms was in the basement, and we could feel the mold.

The staff were unsympathetic. The beds were short, and I was sick with no option for cancellation.

The apartment was very tidy and clean – a great place. However, two family members escorted me back to my room after 11 pm, spending no more than five minutes there. The host immediately sent a stern message demanding their passport details and threatening a charge. While I understand the Italian law, I think they could have handled it better. I’ve been to Italy many times and never encountered this. Overall, I wouldn’t discourage anyone from visiting.
