The location and cleanliness are fine. The villa owner drinks alcohol and monitors guests’ behavior; one night was noisy, which is unacceptable, the room was dark, and the plumbing is old.

The host and his family were extremely welcoming, even giving us a complimentary compliment from the hotel. They assisted with any questions we had. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the Wi‑Fi signal was strong. The property was cleaned daily, including the room. A large kitchen with a dining area and a barbecue zone is available. The location is away from the noisy road, so the noise is almost inaudible. The room has an air conditioner, a fan, and excellent linens. Thank you!

The accommodation is very beautiful and centrally located, and the hosts—Sunil, his family, and the staff—are very friendly. One of the cleanest rooms we had on our trip! Each bed was comfortable and came with a mosquito net. The room had four lamps and was well lit. Thanks for the lovely time, the helpful tips, and the pleasant conversations! :) Highly recommended!

We stayed in Unawatuna from 16 to 24 December, spending the entire time at this hotel. We arrived at 6 am, but check‑in was only from 14:00; the room was ready, so we were able to settle in immediately. The room was clean, with air conditioning, a wardrobe, a fridge, a table, a hair dryer, a kettle, hot water, and a spacious bathroom. They treated us to a coconut (very nice). We booked a room with a balcony, where we watched monkeys, squirrels, and enjoyed beautiful views; the grounds were spacious with many flowers and trees. The beach is five minutes away, near the main street, yet the area is quiet. There is no noise or music, so you can sleep and relax peacefully. The owner helped resolve all issues and was very hospitable. We recommend it.
