The staff is extremely friendly. We went to a concert and couldn’t find an Uber that night. We walked from the stadium to the hotel without any problem. It took 40 minutes but everything was very safe and easy to access. The hotel itself is very comfortable, with a nice pool and very comfortable beds. Overall, it’s a very good option for staying in San Salvador.

The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The gym is closed, and the breakfast lacks variety.

All service was excellent. The breakfast offered enough variety, with great flavor and quality. The staff are very warm and attentive, answering questions promptly.

The location is excellent. We arrived at 12:30, and although check‑in was at 15:00, we were told at 16:30 that there was no room and the front desk staff said it wasn’t their fault that the guests hadn’t yet moved out.
