Everything was fine except for the Wi‑Fi connectivity.
The housekeeping team needs to pay more attention when guests request a room cleaning.
The staff were absolutely wonderful, making the whole experience feel special.

The location and staff were good, yet breakfast was only average and could be improved; the same dishes were offered, and after a day or two they became unappetizing—our 8‑day stay revealed that last year’s idli was edible, but this year it was hard, the chutney was saltier, and there were fewer options overall.
The value for money was excellent, with staff—Ms Pinky, Ms Priyanka, Mr Ramdos, Mr Rafeeq, Mr Mario, and Mr Murali—being very helpful, polite, and quick; the entire property was clean, including the ground‑floor toilet near reception, making for a wonderful stay that I’d love to repeat.
