The hotel's surroundings are beautiful, with a great view of Lomnický štít.

The Twin Room with Two Extra Beds accommodates two guests and can add a crib, with the extra beds included in the room layout. The Two‑Bedroom Suite offers two separate sleeping areas and accommodates up to four guests. It includes three beds plus an available crib, and provides two private bathrooms each equipped with a shower. Inside, guests find a wardrobe, carpeted flooring, heating and a flat‑screen TV with cable channels.
Overall quiet and good relaxation in the area. The staff is pleasant and helpful, and there is a wide range of food options. We have no major complaints.
The staff were very friendly and helpful; all reception workers, especially Ms. Libuša Stolárová, went above and beyond—thank you very much. The restaurant staff and the lifeguard were also nice. The hotel is very large, but thanks to the staff you feel at home. Breakfast is standard, but the dinners are absolutely luxurious. The rooms are nice, and from the balcony we had a magnificent view of Lomnický Štít (3rd floor). The mattresses were very comfortable.
“Bad breakfast, not so clean - good view”
The view was great, but the breakfast was poor, the manager didn’t speak English, the room wasn’t cleaned during our stay, there was no mini bar or kettle, and the soap supply was insufficient.
There is no way to charge an e‑bike.
The location was quiet, but when the water supply broke early in the morning, the reception did a poor job of informing us about the options for showering in other rooms with low pressure, claiming it was a “whole country” issue. A mini fridge should be part of the standard kit, especially since it’s still cold in the High Tatras.
