“Top Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis”
Das Preis‑Leistungs‑Verhältnis ist top. Alles sauber, in der Nähe der Altstadt, und das Café direkt neben dem Hauseingang ist sehr gut. In der Dusche fehlt eine Ablage und die WC‑Papier‑Halterung ist nicht vorhanden.

My room was spotless and well‑organized, with an open shelf for hanging clothes and bins for storage. The bathroom was huge and open‑concept. Paolo kept me posted before I arrived and met me at the building’s front door. The room is on the third floor. The bathroom and bedroom have ceiling fans and a large portable fan, but there’s no air‑conditioning; Paolo mentioned it was his last guest of the season because of that, and that it might be uncomfortable for summer stays. I opened the window for a breeze, but closed it at night to avoid outside noise.
The spot sits in a really good location, everything was spotless and the bed and pillows were super comfy! Paolo, the host, was on hand whenever I hit a snag and sorted it out right away.

The spot’s convenient—about a 20‑minute walk to the Duomo, with plenty of cafés nearby, including a great one right downstairs. It’s truly soundproof. Paolo was super friendly and helpful, even keeping our bags while we explored. The room’s large and calming with blue accents, though it can get a bit warm without AC; we slept fine with the fans on. Paolo’s other hotel is just a short walk away.
