The staff, especially Suraja, Chadara, Ari, and Anik, were helpful; our room was very nice, though some utensils and crockery would have been welcome— we understand we’re expected to use the restaurant but it’s not always necessary.

The spot was good and the staff were super helpful and did their job well. The room had some faults and quite a bit of damage. It was a decent room with a private pool but I felt it was pricey for the quality. The European breakfast options were limited.

The room was clean and the bathtub was huge. I was a bit disappointed with breakfast: no pastries, only filtered coffee available, and the outdoor pool looked less impressive than the photos.

It’s in a great central location and the staff were amazing. The room was comfy and got cleaned on time. Check‑in was smooth. A very nice place. Nothing to complain about.

The staff were friendly, the breakfast was large and international, the parking was convenient, the room was spacious, and there was a private pool (watch the ladder and tiles). It’s very close to the airport. The tiles around the pool and the ladder were a bit rough, the outside area looked a little bad, there were no utensils in the kitchen, the bath was very mouldy, and a few cockroaches were in the room (the staff cleaned it after I complained).
